Curriculum links for teachers

Four statutory statements from the National Curriculum in England, quoted word for word, and four NGSS performance expectations, linked — each with the lessons and pages here that can help you teach it.

This page is a map from curriculum wording to the lessons and pages on this site. The UK statements are quoted exactly as the Department for Education publishes them on gov.uk, under the Open Government Licence. We did not rewrite, shorten or summarise them, and the link under each goes to the section it came from.

The US performance expectations are linked rather than quoted. When we checked, nextgenscience.org answered our request with an automated check instead of the page, so we could not read its terms of use. Without them, we show each code and the title of its page, and send you to the official wording.

Which page fits which statement is our teaching choice. It is not an accreditation, and no exam board or standards body has reviewed it. Read the statement, open the page, and judge the fit for your class.
